Field Background

Dearman Tech is built on more than two decades of telecommunications and field infrastructure experience across commercial environments, retail locations, service restoration, outside plant work, and network edge deployments.

That background includes field operations leadership, technical quality assurance, contractor lead work, and hands-on deployment experience across South Carolina operations and surrounding markets.

Storm Response & Deployment Leadership

During a major wind-storm response effort known internally as Project Frosty, Wesley Dearman served as lead supervisor on a multi-state deployment moving technicians from the Carolinas to Ohio for restoration support.

The deployment required field coordination, technician oversight, logistics support, and disciplined execution under storm-response conditions. That assignment earned Charter Champions recognition.
